My stay at the Swell Resort had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic, close to both the shopping center and the beach, I faced significant issues with our room booking. The apartment we were assigned did not match our booking, and it was frustrating to deal with unexpected cleaning fees. Overall, it was good value for money, but the management left a lot to be desired.

I had a nice time at the hotel with fantastic facilities and neatly maintained rooms. The location is close to Burleigh Beach and a variety of shops and restaurants, which was a big plus.
